General Questions

Purchasing from our site

Q: How secure is your site?

A: All of your personal and payment details are communicated through a secure encrypted gateway.

Q: What is 3D-Secure?

A: 3D-Secure is a new and increased method of security when shopping online. Although not compulsory yet, we have adopted this system to offer you a safe shopping experience with us. When going through the payment stages you will be asked to enter your 3D-Secure password which only you will know and only after your bank has approved it will payment be taken.

Q: How long with delivery take for purchased products?

A: Because our products are dispatched from different distributors they vary. You can check by clicking on the specific distributors below.

Q: Can I collect purchased products direct from the club?

A: Unfortunately not. Our products are posted out directly from our distributors.

Online tickets

Q: How will the venue know how many tickets I've purchased?

A: This is recorded within the bar code on the ticket that you can print off from your user account area. The venue will be able to recall your ticket details when they scan the barcode on the night.

Q: Will I receive actual tickets through the post?

A: No, our online tickets are essentially e-tickets meaning that the ticket you print off is your ticket.

Q: Must I have all my party members in the queue with me at the same time?

A: Yes, all party members will need to arrive together in one group as we are unable to accept part-groups on a single ticket sale.

Q: I've ordered 4 tickets; will I need to print off 4 confirmations?

A: No. You will only need one confirmation per transaction regardless of how many tickets you ordered at that one time.

Q: I can't print off my confirmation as my printer's not working/ I don't have a printer. What do I do?

A: You can access your ticket at any computer with an internet connection. Just log-in to your account area and print it off from there.

Booths and Club Packs

Q: I have booked a booth or purchased a club pack. Is this treated differently at the club?

A: Please present your confirmation at the door on your arrival whereby you will be met by our party host who will assist you with your purchase. With booths or club packs you do not need to queue!

Q: What about my champagne / club pack items?

A: Make sure you tell your host that you have bought champagne or a club pack. They will make all the necessary arrangements.

Q: Are these t-shirts fair-trade?

A: They are indeed.

Q: How do I know what size I need?

  • A: Regular Fit (Unisex, Round Neck)
  • Small - Chest = 38.25 inches / Length = 26.75
  • inches Medium - Chest = 40.25 inches / Length = 27.5 inches Large - Chest = 42.5
  • inches / Length = 28.25 inches X-Large - Chest = 45 inches / Length = 29.25 inches
  • A: Slim Fit (Girls, Round Neck)
  • Small - Chest = 32.25 inches / Length = 22.5 inches
  • Medium - Chest = 34.75 inches / Length = 23.25 inches Large - Chest = 37 inches
  • Length = 24 inches

Q: How limited are Limited Ink t-shirts?

A: Evert t-shirt design is limited to 2000 pieces. Once it’s gone, it’s gone! Every t-shirt comes complete with a serial-numbered poster swing-tag.

Q: How will my t-shirt be delivered?

A: Your order will be sent to you lovingly wrapped and inside a secure, padded envelope. To ensure your t-shirt reaches you, upon delivery, we will require a signature. Our aim is for you to receive your t-shirt within 10 days of you placing your order. However, delivery could take up to 28 days, but this is the worst case scenario and we will do our best to get your order to you really quickly. We will send you an e-mail to confirm when your order is dispatched.

Ready Steady Glow

Q: Are there any age restrictions on glow products?

A: Some of our glow products do contain small parts such as connector pieces or string. Because of this we do not recommend these products for anyone under 5 years of age.

Q: How quickly are orders delivered?

A: As long as the goods are in stock, orders are usually despatched 24 hours after receipt of payment. The service we use is a next day service Mon-Fri.

Q: How safe is your UV hair gel or face paint?

A: We advise testing these products on a small area of skin first to ensure you do not experience any allergic reactions.

Refunds & Returns Online tickets

Q: I cannot make it anymore on the night that I purchased tickets for. Can I get a refund?

A: We can only offer refunds 14 days or more before the event. Please login to your user account to request a refund. If an event is cancelled/rescheduled within the 14 day period, you will also be given the option for a full refund. (Please see ‘refund policy’ for full details).

Q: I’ve been told I will be getting a refund. How long does it take?

A: Refunds will hit your account within 30 days of being approved.

Booths and Club Packs

Q: I cannot make it anymore on the night that I purchased a booth or club pack for. Can I get a refund?

A: If the night is more than 14 nights away we can refund the full amount. If it is less than 14 days away, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on booth bookings or club pack purchases unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled outside of your control (Please see ‘refund policy’ for full details).

Q: I’ve been told I will be getting a refund. How long does it take?

A: Refunds will hit your account within 30 days of being approved.

Shop Products Limited Ink

Q: I have received my t-shirt and it’s the wrong size. Can I change it?

A: As long as it’s within 7 days of you receiving the item and it is in a re-saleable condition you may return the item to the distributor and receive a full refund (on successful receipt of the product by the distributor). You will, however, have to make a new purchase on the system for the correctly sized t-shirt. We DO NOT offer direct exchanges.
We strongly advise returning your goods via a method that shows proof of dispatch and delivery as we will not be held responsible for lost items being returned to us.

Q: I have ordered a Glow/LED item but it’s not working. What should I do?

A: If your item is faulty on receipt, you are entitled to send it back to the distributor and receive a full refund including additional postage costs, within 7 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service representatives who will talk you through the returns procedure for damaged goods.
